My name is Nellie Deutsch and I am an accredited and experienced PAIRS (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills) leader, a Reiki Practitioner, and an English as a second and foreign language (ESL/EFL) educator and coach.

You may join my online English lessons at NELS as a student to improve your reading, writing, and talking skills or as an ESL/EFL teacher to encourage student motivation and enhance teacher performance by learning how to integrate technology into the classroom.

It has many benefits. Sometimes the traditional methods are inaccessible, inconvenient, or not preferred. Online coaching may be a useful alternative for people, unable to make it to a coach's office, live in a remote area, have a disability, limited time constraints, or would like to get an idea of how coaching works before seeing a coach face to face.

Online coaching is a method of communicating with a coach by email or real time online chats, voice conversations through MSN, Yahoo, SKYPE or Google Talk. You can choose how many email exchanges you want, some people exchange a few emails and others may prefer an ongoing email relationship. E-mail communication is an effective way of providing an ongoing supportive system by means of a written dialogue between you and your coach. It offers an opportunity to learn and gain deeper insight into those sometimes unpleasant issues we all experience. You can share your concerns, ask questions, and organize your thoughts and feelings by means of online writing.

Payment Methods and Coaching Fees

All major credit card payments will be made via PayPal online.
PayPal is a widely used and trusted encrypted system, that allows you to make payments from your credit card making it very easy to use.

E-mails are checked 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Online messengers by Instant Messengers (IM) such as Yahoo or MSN, SKYPE, or Google Talk are checked by appointments only.
